Framecraft — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Framecraft iOS app. By using the app, you agree to them.

## The app

Framecraft shows composition guides over the camera preview and provides information about photography composition techniques. The guides are suggestions, not rules.

## Accounts

An account is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You can delete your Framecraft account at any time from within the app.

Accounts may be suspended in case of abuse or misuse of the service.

## Your photos

Photos you take with Framecraft belong to you. They are stored on your device and are not uploaded to my servers.

## Purchases

The current version does not include in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through the App Store and these terms will be updated.

## Intellectual property

The app, its guides, texts and design are owned by Furkan Üstçayır. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

## Availability and disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". I work to keep it reliable, but I can't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Limitation of liability — to be reviewed.

## Apple's standard terms

Where these terms don't cover something, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

## Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction — to be confirmed.

## Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
