This policy explains what information the Framecraft iOS app ("Framecraft", "the app") processes, why, and the choices you have. Framecraft is developed by Furkan Üstçayır ("I", "me").
## Photos and camera
Framecraft uses the camera to show a live preview with composition guides. Photos you take are stored inside the app on your device. They are not uploaded to my servers.
If you choose to save a photo, the app asks for permission to add it to your photo library. You can change camera and photo permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
## Using the app without an account
You can use the camera, the composition guides and the technique library without creating an account. In that case no account information is sent to my servers. Your preferences and photos are stored on your device only.
To load the technique library, the app requests content from my server. Like any web request, this exposes your IP address to the server.
## If you sign in
Signing in with Apple or Google is optional. If you sign in, the following is stored on my server:
- an account identifier provided by Apple or Google,
- your email address — with Apple this may be a private relay address if you choose "Hide My Email",
- your name, if the sign-in provider shares it,
- account creation and last sign-in times,
- session information used to keep you signed in, including the device type and iOS version.
## Server logs
For security and to prevent abuse, the server records technical information such as request times and IP addresses for some actions, for example sign-in and account deletion.
Retention period: How long logs and account data are kept.
## Purchases
The current version of Framecraft does not offer in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, payments will be handled by Apple and this policy will be updated before that change.
## Third-party services
Framecraft relies on the following services to work:
- Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In, if you choose to sign in,
- Expo (EAS Update), which the app contacts to check for app updates,
- Apple, for displaying the App Store rating prompt,
- Hosting provider for the server.
## Advertising and tracking
Framecraft does not show ads and does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Your data is not sold or used to track you across other apps and websites.
## Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app under Profil › Hesabı sil (Profile › Delete account). This removes your name, email address and sign-in identifiers and ends all sessions.
Photos stored on your device are not affected; deleting the app removes them from the app's storage.
## Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to object to its processing. To make a request, contact me using the details below.
Applicable law and the legal basis for processing (e.g. KVKK / GDPR) — to be confirmed.
## Children
Age requirements and how children's data is handled — to be confirmed.
## Changes to this policy
